Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Rovaniemi + Executive Wilderness Lodge Welcome
Welcome on board with JainVoyagers Group! Arrive in Rovaniemi, the gateway to Finnish Lapland, where your JainVoyagers coordinator meets the group and ensures a smooth transfer to your executive wilderness lodge (Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos or similar). After check-in, allow time to settle into the Arctic setting and enjoy the calm, snow-covered surroundings that naturally shift the group into retreat mode. In the evening, gather for a structured briefing covering the incentive agenda, leadership outcomes, safety notes for outdoor activities, and the tone of the next few days. The night concludes with a hosted networking dinner, designed to encourage introductions, team alignment, and relaxed executive conversation in a premium Lapland atmosphere.
Day 2 – Private Strategy Workshop + Sauna Networking Session
After breakfast, the group convenes in a private lodge meeting space for a high-focus strategy workshop tailored for executive collaboration. The morning session supports leadership clarity and decision-making, using structured facilitation formats such as strategic alignment rounds, objective mapping, and guided group discussion. After lunch, the workshop transitions into smaller breakout formats to deepen collaboration and develop team-level insights, with time allocated for presentations and summary takeaways. Later in the afternoon, the day shifts into a signature Finnish cultural experience—sauna networking—where the informal setting encourages open dialogue, relationship-building, and authentic conversations that often do not happen in standard boardroom environments. The evening remains relaxed, allowing continued networking and rest in preparation for the active incentive day ahead.
Day 3 – Husky Safari Team-Building + Warm Outdoor Lunch
Today delivers the incentive “wow” moment while reinforcing teamwork principles. After breakfast, transfer for a husky safari experience where participants receive a safety briefing and learn the basics of working with the husky teams. The activity is designed as a team-building highlight—participants coordinate, support one another, and share responsibility as they move through Lapland’s snowy trails. Following the safari, enjoy a warm outdoor lunch in a wilderness setting, giving the group time to share stories and reflect on leadership behaviours that emerged naturally—communication, adaptability, confidence, and group rhythm. Return to the lodge in the afternoon with time for rest, informal discussions, and optional personal downtime under the Arctic sky.
Day 4 – Snowshoe Leadership Walk + Arctic Survival-Style Teamwork Session
After breakfast, the group heads out for a guided snowshoe leadership walk through Lapland’s winter landscapes. The experience combines light physical activity with reflective leadership prompts—resilience, calm thinking under pressure, and maintaining direction in changing conditions. Midway, the itinerary transitions into an Arctic survival-style teamwork session facilitated in a safe, guided format, focusing on practical group cooperation, resource allocation, role clarity, and collective decision-making. Back at the lodge, a short debrief session consolidates lessons into workplace-relevant takeaways. The evening is free for relaxation and optional lodge experiences, allowing executives to recharge while maintaining the retreat’s collaborative atmosphere.
Day 5 – Flexible Afternoon + Northern Lights Networking Evening
Following breakfast, the day is paced to support executive recovery and deeper relationship-building. The morning can be used for optional one-on-one meetings, leadership coaching conversations, or informal breakout discussions based on the group’s objectives. The afternoon remains flexible for leisure—rest, snow walks, personal wellness time, or simply enjoying the lodge environment. As night falls, the group gathers for a Northern Lights networking evening (included as per tour), curated as a premium incentive highlight where conversation flows naturally in a unique Lapland setting. This evening is ideal for leadership acknowledgements, reflections on the program, and strengthening cross-team bonds before departure.
Day 6 – Departure from Rovaniemi
After breakfast, guests check out and depart Rovaniemi with transfers arranged as per flight schedules. Depending on timing, a short stop for essentials or souvenirs can be arranged before heading to the airport. The program closes with warm farewells and post-trip support guidance if required (feedback collection, summary notes, or next retreat planning). Thanks for getting on board JainVoyagers Group, waiting for your next trip!
