After check-in, guests have time to settle into the unique Arctic setting—glass igloos, snowy landscapes, and a calm wilderness atmosphere that immediately shifts the mindset from “busy operations” to “focused leadership mode.” In the evening, gather for a welcome briefing and networking dinner, covering the summit flow, leadership themes, team allocation for challenges, and how the incentive outcomes will be recognized at the gala. The night is designed to be relaxed yet purposeful, ensuring the group feels aligned, energised, and ready for the summit experience.

Day 2 – Full-Day Leadership Summit + Strategy Workshops (Private Lodge Conference Hall)

After breakfast, the group moves into a dedicated private meeting hall inside the lodge for a full-day leadership summit and strategy workshop program. The morning session focuses on executive alignment and Arctic-inspired leadership principles—clarity under pressure, decision-making in uncertain conditions, and building high-trust teams. Today is the grand finale of the program. After breakfast, the day remains flexible—allowing final workshops, executive check-ins, or leisure time depending on the group’s corporate objectives. In the evening, the group gathers for a Northern Lights themed gala dinner (included as per tour), curated as a premium recognition night. The evening includes a formal awards & appreciation ceremony, celebrating team achievements from the workshops and outdoor challenges, plus leadership acknowledgements and closing messages. With the Arctic night as the backdrop, the gala creates a polished, unforgettable ending to the summit—combining corporate recognition with Lapland’s signature atmosphere.

Day 7 – Departure from Rovaniemi

After breakfast, guests check out and transfer to Rovaniemi Airport according to flight schedules. Depending on departure timings, brief last-minute stops can be arranged for souvenirs or scenic viewpoints. The program concludes with warm farewells and post-event support guidance (feedback collection, summary reporting structure, and next-step corporate planning if required).
